Witkin Design Group Named to Design Exterior Environment for 14-story Belaire on the Bay in Miami Beach

Witkin Design Group, of North Miami Beach, has been retained by Atlantic Sunset Bay, LLC, Aventura, to design the exterior environment for Belaire on the Bay, a new 14-story condominium in Miami Beach, 6800 Indian Creek Drive.

Architectural design will be by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, Miami. Witkin Design Group will design landscapes, hardscapes, exterior lighting and irrigation systems for the community.

Sited on 1.1 acres, Belaire on the Bay will offer 80 upscale one and two-bedroom units, many with dens.

At Witkin Design Group, Jeff Anderson is Project Manager for Belaire on the Bay.

A mid-winter groundbreaking is anticipated.
